Julia Fox ’embarrassed’ by brother Christopher’s arrest

An “embarrassed” Julia Fox attributed her brother Christopher Fox’s arrest to “a lot of trauma.”

Speaking out for the first time since his March 8 arrest, the “Uncut Gems” star tried to defend her brother to her TikTok followers on Thursday.

She said, “I know my brother and I’ve always known him to be like — I’m not kidding, you guys — the sweetest, most gentle, kind, soft-spoken, loves animals, loves to plant flowers, has a green thumb, loves nature but I will say that my brother and I have a lot of trauma and the difference is that I’m scrappy, I’m a fighter and I threw my aggression and was able to release that rage.”

Unlike her, she said that her brother, Christopher, “internalized” his rage. Despite his arrest, she said that the silver lining to this situation is that he is “finally going to get the help that I’ve been trying to get him for so long.”

“I wish I could say more but I don’t want to damage his case or anything like that but I will say that I’m just embarrassed,” she added as she concluded her video with a nervous laugh.

Julia, 33, also noted in the video that her father, Thomas Fox, was released the same day he was arrested and is not believed to be involved in her brother’s affairs.

Just last week, Christopher, 30, was hit with a slew of firearm and drug charges after police found ghost guns and evidence of narcotics manufacturing inside his and their father’s New York City apartment.

Items found in the apartment included drug paraphernalia, pressure cookers, fentanyl, chloroform, heroin, crack and cocaine, prosecutors said.

At the time, sources told The Post that Julia was out of town during the raid and is not believed to have known about her brother’s alleged crimes.

Julia’s friends then told Page Six that the fashion icon was stunned and heartbroken when she found out about the arrest.

However, she did come to her brother’s aide on Monday and co-signed a $450,000 bond with her father, Thomas, to get Christopher out of Rikers Island.

While official statements have not been made by either Julia’s father or brother, a disgruntled Thomas was overheard grumbling to some building workers on March 10.

“I’ve been trying to kick him out for years. The cops did me a favor,” he said while outside of his apartment the day after the arrest.

It is unclear if Thomas was referring to his son or someone else.

Christopher was released the same day and is due back in court May 4 after being charged with nine counts of criminal possession of a weapon, one count of attempted criminal possession of a weapon, three counts of unlawful possession of ammunition and two counts of manufacturing a machine gun or assault weapon.
