Kristen Doute is going into detail about how Tom Sandoval allegedly “gaslit” then-girlfriend Ariana Madix into believing his infidelity was her fault.
“He was just gaslighting her. The was no genuine apology,” Doute, 40, said about the pair’s intense confrontation — which was filmed for Season 10 of “Vanderpump Rules.”
“He was saying how she never supports him, she doesn’t validate him,” the former reality TV star continued. “He was blaming her.”
Doute, who dated Sandoval from 2007 to 2014, also claims Sandoval kept making excuses even after he and Madix went their separate ways.
“Of course it made her mad, but then when I filmed with her, she’s like, crying and holding up her phone going, ‘So, he’s saying our relationship is that of convenience and contentment,’ or something. Not love and romance.”
She continued, “And she’s immediately just flooding tears, looking at her phone going, ‘So, all of these memories, all of these wonderful trips we took, all of these videos I have, all these kissing photos, this was all bulls—t?’”
However, Doute apparently wasn’t surprised by her ex’s behavior, saying “That’s Tom to a T.”
Not only that, but the former reality TV star also wasn’t shocked Sandoval went after Leviss, who she called “dumb” with “no personality.”
“Ariana has a backbone,” Doute explained. “Raquel does not. Raquel validates everything that Tom needs to be validated.”
She added that Leviss, 28, makes Sandoval, 40, feel “cool” and “talented.”
Reps for Sandoval and Madix did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
The 37-year-old started the lengthy Instagram post by thanking her friends and fans for the “outpouring of love support” during her “darkest hours.”
“To say i have been devastated and broken is an understatement. however, i know that i am not in this alone,” Madix, who dated Sandoval for almost a decade, wrote.
“So many of my closest friends are also grieving this loss right now and reeling from this betrayal on so many levels.”
“I am so f–king lucky to have the best support system in the world and i hope i can repay every single person for the love you have shown me,” she went on, adding, “What doesn’t kill me better run.”
